My name is Dr. Serena Rosa and I am the founder of The Postpartum Doctor and creator of the Postpartum of Ease Mentorship. Creating a community for postpartum healing has been the most rewarded parts of my career. I am grateful to be able to serve in this mission.

Well… here it is. I’ve tried to start writing this blog about 365 times, give or take. Every single day I think about Evelyn’s birth and the events leading up to it. The birth of my daughter really brought forth this incredible emotional strength and empowerment that I never experienced with my son.
